Such attempt also rubbish some of the president previous visit to US and other western countries, because the visit to china and the hype about currency swap have make the US and their western allies not to trust Nigerian government, and that also affect the refund of looted funds and assets. the failure of Nigerian government to recover such asset have affected the 2016 budget, because the government were sure of getting such looted fund and assets, but is becoming clearer to the government that getting back such assets might not be as easy as they thought.No thanks to the hype and attempt to make currency swap with china.
